भारतीय दंड सहिंता: IPC को indian penel code और हिन्दी मे  भारतीय दंड सहिंता कहते हैं जो कि 1860 मे बना था यह पूरी तरह 1862 मे लागू हुआ हैं IPC मे अपराधो के सजा का प्रवधान दिया हैं यहा दफा का मतलब धारा या section होता हैं IPC के कुल 511 धाराये होती हैं और 23 chapter यानी अध्याय होते हैं  क्या आप जानते है  कि 1834 मे frist of law of comission आया था जिसके चेयर मैन लोर्ड मेकाले थे जिनकी अध्य्क्छ्ता मे IPC का ड्राफ्ट तैय्यार किया था 6 अक्तूबर 1860 कानुन संसद मे पास हुआ


दंड प्रक्रिया सहिंता: CRPC को CODE of criminal procedere और हिन्दी मे दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता केहते हैं यह कानुन 1973 मे पारित हुआ और 1 अप्रैल 1973 मे लागू हुआ था CRPC  मे प्रक्रियाए होती हैं जो अपराध होने के बाद अपनाई जाती  हैं और उसी प्रकिया द्वारा जाच करती हैं


भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम: IEA  का indian evidence act और हिन्दी मे भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम केहते है मूल रूप से 1872 मे ब्रिटिश संसद द्वारा पारित किया गया था भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम 11 अध्ययय ओर 167 धाराये है  हालाकि यह शपथ पत्र मध्यस्था पर लागू नही होता हैं



सिविल प्रक्रिया सहिंता: CPC का civil procedure code और हिन्दी मे सिविल प्रक्रिया सहिंता केहते हैं यह एक भारतीये कानुन हैं जो 1908 मे भारत के आई और लागू हुआ CPC सिविल मामलो से समबन्धित कानून होती  हैं


मोटर वाहन अधिनियम: MVA को motor vahical act और हिन्दी मे मोटर वाहन अधीनीयम केहते हैं यह भारत मे 1988 मे लागू हुआ भारत कि संसद द्वारा पारित एक अधिनियम हैं जो सडक परिवहन से सम्बंधित सभी पहलुओ का नियमन करती हैं

IPC और CRPC  में  अंतर

IPC अपराध कि परिभाषा होती हैं  और यह दंड  का प्रवधान बताती हैं और CRPC वह अपराधिक मामलो के लिये किये गये प्रकियाए के बारे मे बताती हैं अपराधिक प्रकिया से सम्बधित कानुन को मजबुत करना हैं
